We are able to package everything: bottles and jars as well as refill pouches and sachets. You have complete freedom in choosing the packaging, because for us, virtually nothing is impossible. You have innovative ideas; we bring them to life in our cosmetics production facility!

Cosmacon also handles raw material procurement for you—a notoriously tricky issue these days. Supply chains are generally under significant strain, and if a raw material supplier unexpectedly cannot deliver, an alternative supplier must be quickly qualified and tested. We handle the necessary arrangements, thereby ensuring the quality of your products. This way, you don’t lose any valuable time and you can be certain that your project can start as planned. For a contract manufacturer, it doesn’t matter whether they take over your cosmetics production today, in three weeks, or in three months—they always receive the same price.
At Cosmacon, we ensure that you can resume deliveries quickly and maintain them without interruption as much as possible. After all, an out-of-stock situation is the worst-case scenario for any company and an absolute disaster. We operate independently of specific technologies and can draw on a network of 14 contract manufacturers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. So you can grow with peace of mind, because we guarantee your supply security. If a cosmetics production involves a larger order volume, we naturally qualify at least two contract manufacturers. And if you’re looking for a suitable contract manufacturer for your certified natural cosmetics: Regardless of the label (for example, Natrue, EcoCert, Cosmos Standard, or NCS Standard), we’ll find the right solution for you.
We offer vegan certification with our registered logos, as well as animal welfare certification, ourselves.
Of course, all our contract manufacturers are GMP-certified. GMP stands for Good Manufacturing Practices and guarantees the integrity of the manufacturing process and compliance with the relevant safety regulations and guidelines. For most consumers, this assurance has become a very important factor that significantly influences purchasing decisions. In some cases, our contract manufacturers are even capable of and authorized to produce medical devices.
In this context, ISO 13485 is particularly relevant; it is a standard that, within the framework of quality management, covers all requirements for the manufacture and design of medical devices. It also ensures compliance with the currently valid Medical Devices Directive 93/42/EEC. This directive, also known as the Medical Device Directive (MDD), is one of three European directives applicable to medical devices.
