Year in review & outlook – thank you and happy holidays
A year full of growth, innovation and trust
The past year was once again a very special one for us: it was marked by strong growth, important investments and, above all, the trust of our customers. This year alone, we welcomed over 78 new customers.
We would like to express our sincere thanks for their loyalty, exciting projects and partnership-based cooperation.
To keep up with this positive trend, we’re taking the next step: on 1 March, we’re moving into new, bigger premises in the Schenefeld shopping centre, with a total of 210 m². This will not only give our team more space, but also a new, modern lab that will give us more freedom to develop and make our processes even more efficient.
At the same time, we are making targeted investments in our digital infrastructure: a new server with its own AI solution is currently being implemented to further accelerate development processes, data management and knowledge building – a clear commitment to sustainability and innovation.
We have also been able to strengthen our team and recruit additional experienced employees for our network. Know-how, experience and team spirit remain the most important factors for our success.

- Tojo Cosmetics stands for readily available private label products and high-quality animal cosmetics lines that can be flexibly and individually adapted to brand requirements.
- Cosactive develops and produces innovative active ingredients – from multifunctional raw materials to tailor-made active ingredients for scientifically based, modern formulations.
- Innosicos supports companies in their internationalisation strategy with products ‘Made in Germany’ that are globally compliant, regulatory-safe and market-ready.
Together, we form a strong network for development, active ingredient innovation and international market success.
Looking ahead: efficiency and fair prices
A key project for the coming year is the establishment of a central purchasing department together with our contract manufacturers. The aim is to further consolidate processes, optimise supply chains and continue to offer our customers attractive, competitive prices while maintaining consistently high quality.
Demonstrating responsibility
For us, success also means taking responsibility.
This year’s donation goes to the Hamburg street magazine ‘Hinz&Kunz’, which has been supporting homeless and disadvantaged people for many years. We are very conscious in our support of this important work – regionally, directly and with conviction.
We look back with gratitude and forward with energy.
