First steps have been taken toward expansion. When Rainer Kr\u00f6pke transformed his cosmetic consulting company into Cosmacon GmbH, the new company moved into a new and modernized\u00a0vicinity. The company now has its own fully endowed\u00a0state-of-the-art laboratory with high end laboratory equipment.<\/strong><\/p>\n

More space also means a much higher scope of business applications (for Cosmacon\u2019s business partners). Now all work areas are brought together in one place, which ensures even quicker business processes. The company is situated in the Stadtzentrum Schenefeld, a well frequented shopping mall with many parking lots that also incorporates office space for various enterprises.<\/p>\n

Formula development<\/h2>\n

Cosmacon GmbH offers a one-stop solution for its clients. As specialist for cosmetic formulas and cosmetic marketing, Cosmacon GmbH supports and advises the client to ensure that the product and brand is developed from start to finish, beginning with formula development right through to final product release.<\/p>\n

A solid organizational foundation combined with professionalism ensure that excellent and reliable products can be developed and designed to highest standards.<\/p>\n

Cosmacon GmbH can provide market-ready formulae and recipes that are continually aligned with all the relevant rules and regulations, including BDIH, eco product testing (i.e. \u00d6kotest), organic product labels (i.e. BIO) and cosmetic analysis specifications.<\/p>\n

The cosmetics laboratory is ideally suited for developing client-specific formulae and cosmetic branding that is produced and packaged in Germany.<\/p>\n

Collaboration, consultancy and training<\/h3>\n

In-house training sessions in the client\u2019s vicinity with a strong practical focus are aligned with client-specific formulations and concepts. In close collaboration with the client\u2019s team, Rainer Kr\u00f6pke combines theory and practice by explaining various issues and then providing practical evidence in lab testing environments. Thus, broadening and deepening the team\u2019s level of understanding and practical appliance at the same time.<\/p>\n

Collaboration with clients takes many forms. In some cases, Rainer Kr\u00f6pke makes himself available for longer periods, as in-house project manager or consultant, providing project management and direction; including chemical and technical product development and team leadership with cross-departmental interaction. Short-term or interim project or team management help close gaps in lab management that with Rainer Kr\u00f6pke\u2019s expertise will push the project forward in a timely and efficient manner.<\/p>\n

Services for raw material suppliers<\/h3>\n

Today, cosmetics distributors have direct access to small and medium-sized cosmetics manufacturers who expect a fast and smooth delivery, and most recently, also solid formulation and performance expertise of raw and active substances.<\/p>\n

Therefore, Cosmacon GmbH provides all-in-one consultancy services to cover all aspects of cosmetics production.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The services for raw material manufacturers consist of think-tank-services for creating and honing of new ideas, conceptual and innovative formula development, improvement and advancement of frame formulations, identification of physical and chemical properties for cosmetics developers, optimization of technical specifications, evaluation of incompatibilities, the issuing and organization of customer and exhibition samples, serial batch testing to determine raw material characteristics, identification of solubility (diffusion and absorption) of UV filters and substances, making available laboratory capacities (and services), conducting user tests, as well as cooperation in regard to providing technical advice to customer inquiries.<\/p>\n

Rainer Kr\u00f6pke works with a team of well trained and experienced professionals, and has been doing so successfully for many years. His team is comprised of cosmetics product designers that are involved in research and development, polymer chemistry technicians and a range of other specialists, such as\u00a0pharmaceutical assistants and chemical laboratory technicians, as well as regular office staff, and just recently: a student employee.<\/p>\n

Cosmacon GmbH offers a wide range of client interaction by utilizing 100 sq. m to the maximum benefit of its business partners. Unlike before, the reception area, the office and the laboratory are all in one place. Clients can now get a close-up impression of the work going on in the laboratory. Before this was only possible to a limited extent.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The laboratory stores 700 raw materials at present but Rainer Kr\u00f6pke plans to have 2000-2500 cosmetic raw materials ready at hand. As Cosmacon GmbH develops cosmetics for clients all over the world, including Hong Kong, South Africa and Turkey, substances by leading manufacturers needed to be readily available.<\/p>\n

Cosmacon GmbH – New Lab<\/p><\/div>\n

 <\/p>\n

Data security is of utmost importance. Thus, Cosmacon now has a new computer system and can offer secure operations via a highly safeguarded cloud service. Clients can now save their business data on a dedicated server that has a reliable backup scheme.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Even though Cosmacon GmbH has a broad client base, new clients are always welcome and are met with quick responses. New projects can be launched quickly, regardless of size. Large-scale order handling is done in cooperation with affiliated companies (who share our code of ethics and meet our high quality standards).<\/p>\n
